Serve as principal safety and occupational health staff advisor to Carlisle Barracks, to include the U.S. Army War College and supported tenant units and activities.

Establish and implement plans, policies, and procedures for conducting a comprehensive safety and occupational health program at Carlisle Barracks and U.S. Army War College.

Integrate risk management as a routine part of planning and executing operational missions.
