The Carlisle Barracks Army Community Service Program offers a variety of services which are designed to meet the social and economic needs of the Military Community. The Army Community Service Office is located in Building 46. For information or assistance dial (717) 245-4357 or visit the office from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Eligible patrons are active duty, retirees, National Guard, Reserve components, Military Family members, and civilian employees.
